Cateryn Vucina has more than twenty years of international experience specializing in government relations, investment facilitation, project finance, and strategic advisory.
She has advised governments, multilateral development institutions, Fortune 100 companies, sovereign entities, and private investors in structuring and financing multi-million-dollar projects across Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa.
Her experience includes advising more than twenty governments through organizations such as the World Bank Group, the Inter-American Development Bank, and CAF – Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean.
She currently leads V444 Group's international advisory practice, supporting clients in navigating complex governmental environments, identifying strategic opportunities, and developing high-impact investments.
